Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment with either Visa and Mastercard.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We offer the following courier option:
Our new shipping model has reduced our courier costs to R64 for the first 5kgs to anywhere in SA! If the value of the order exceeds R660 the shipping is FREE!
Mutualpark and Mutualsquare are now FREE to Old Mutual staff only!
Please note that the delivery of goods is handled by a third party, and while we will always endeavour to provide you with timeous delivery as stated, occasionally, due to reasons beyond our control, delays may occur.
We will do our best to notify you if any issues should arise.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days.
Lead Times:
- Special Orders and Items not offered on the site are subject to availability and may take up to 2 weeks turnaround
- Special imports are subject to a (+/-) 16 week delivery from date of order confirmation, provided artwork and design is signed off prior to order
- We carry limited stock on certain larger items and more stock on lower valued items due to supplier order demands.
- Generous lead times will afford the most appropriate item for your campaign at the best possible price, there by giving you the highest return on your investment.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For all orders in the Republic of South Africa, a VAT rate of 14% is included. |
Credit Card Security
Credit Card transactions are handled by a Credit Card Verification company. When the order is placed at our website, you are directed away from our site to the VCS secure site. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not see, or store any Credit Card number, nor are they held in clear text on any web site. |
